About Me

Greetings! My name is Trevor McKenzie and I have been in the field of healing massage for over 14 years. The first half of my career in Chattanooga was spent working at a Spa and teaching massage students at Miller Motte College. This second half I have run my own mobile massage business. I specialize in therapeutic massage for pain relief, stress, and increased mobility using the following modalities: deep tissue, hot stones, bamboo massage, relaxation massage, and sports massage with stretching techniques.

Deep Tissue Massage

A massage technique that uses slow strokes and firm/deep pressure to target the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. The goal is to release tension and tightness in the muscles, break up scar tissue and tension knots.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage is a type of therapy that uses smooth, heated stones, to provide warmth and relax the muscles. 

Warm Bamboo Massage

A therapeutic massage technique that uses warmed bamboo sticks to apply pressure and knead muscles. This technique definitely promotes a deeper pressure and a deeper state of relaxation!

Sports Massage

Sports Massage is focused and systematic targeting muscles that are used in a specific sport. A variety of massage techniques like swedish, deep tissue, and stretching are used to improve overall range of motion, tension reduction, and flexibility.

Ionic foot detox & half hour massage

An ionic foot bath combines water, salt, and a small electrical current to produce charged ionic energy that helps promote detoxification. During the 30 minute session, the water may change colors.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy is an alternative therapy that involves suctioning the skin with glass, plastic, or silicone cups. It helps to improve blood flow, boost immune function, remove toxins, and reduce pain.
